Each year we allocate an important part of our budget to training in order to meet our clients’ expectations, anticipate the evolution of our activities, and enable all our employees to continuously develop their competencies. We mainly focus on technical and managerial skills, including an extensive program of internships, apprenticeships, and expatriate volunteer work.
Competence management relies on a set of efficient tools developed by the SPIE Corporation: Training Centers, annual performance and career interviews, worldwide talent reviews and succession planning, career paths, etc.
Our career development policy takes into account both the needs of our company and the wishes of our employees regarding their career paths.
